Hello everyone......My name is Randy. I've been fishing for over 50 years and I'm soaking a line almost every weekend. I mostly surf fish with light tackle but I do have my share of inshore and offshore rods and reels. It was when I breaking apart and cleaning some of these reels, I came upon a couple of my old Penn Jigmasters that I hot rodded with Accurframes and Accuplates. I saw the increase performance with these additions, but I was not quite satisfied because I wanted beefier guts. I started researching and came upon this site.....saw that you can now beef up the guts of Jigmasters with stainless steel parts and 5 stack drags. Soooo, that is my plan. If anything, this will be a fun endeavor.
