I am trying to find out if the BG 10000 reel (gold) is made in Sweden.  I know the AbuGarcia 10000i reels are made in China.  Thanks for your help.

Thank you Irish Jigger for the response.  The link you provided was for the 10000i.  Yes, that model is made in China.  I am looking for the Big Game 10000 model, no "i" in the model.

I'm pretty sure the 10000 BG (gold) were manufactured in China.

My reels, 10000 BG (gold) have a sticker on the reel seat that says, ""Designed, inspected, and Assembled in Sweden from components made in Taiwan to Abu Garcia's specifications".

Makule that is great to hear.  I had read that there were some reel models that had parts made in Korea but were assembled in Sweden.  That is good enough for me.  Thank you so much for responding.
