I put it together out of New parts from the bins this afternoon.
100% Brand New parts —- except for the High Speed gears.
And fine-tuned throughout —- modern synthetic lubes.
These are rare —- maybe only 1 in 50 of the 220 sized spinners were the 221 high-speed version.
I did install a slightly longer crank and a larger knob.
This helps when working the fast waters with the current or retrieving a spinner at higher speeds.

Also, forgot to mention —-
If a buyer prefers, a brand new original handle, crank knob, and knob screw could be substituted in place of the larger handle I installed.
This might be better if someone was going to display this 1968 1:5 High Speed reel —- as opposed to fishing it. Or just wanted to fish it as original.
And it will come with a spare bail spring.
