Just bought some Tuf Line Waxline to use to tie my splices, have any of you guys use this? Reviews? I have used dental floss in the past with success but now I am doing it with 80lb gear.
I use PowerPro 'PowerFloss', whipping line (waxed PowerPro) for splices, and waxed rigging thread, or dental floss for rigging baits. Either should work for splicing, especially if you finish your splices with cyano/superglue.
