They can't resist a cricket...cooking some in the oven tonight.20 waiting to be cleaned.

That's a healthy looking specimen. How do you prepare them ?

I usually fillet everything,deep fried with
LA seasoned fish fry breading or in the oven with paprika,salt,& pepper.
