Miso marinate ling cod with Japanese rice and stir fried veggies.  Turned out good. Topped with chopped green onion and Norie.

I just cooked a Cabezon caught in the same neighbourhood I think Miso something Lingcod should be next!

Tried it with Chinook and the Mrs's liked it more than the ling. The salmon I only marinated for 5 hours (next time 8) so it had a milder miso taste. Sorry no picture it was late and I was hungry, Next will be some of the sable fish stash. I will take pics.
