Hello, hoping to get some brush recommendations for general grease application.
Tried a few from Amazon and the bristles end up falling out, quite annoying having to stop and pick up bristles.
If anyone's got a brush they like please let me know, thanks.
Used (or new for that matter) toothbrush works pretty well. I have two - one for scrubbing small parts (think gear teeth) and one for grease application. - john
I use the Testor larger size model paint brush. I started with a small Cabela's epoxy brush for a couple of years & it worked OK but I ran across a bigger Testor's so I tried it. It worked great. I've used that same brush for at least 15 years now.
A toothbrush for some things and a flux brush with the bristles cut back to make it stiffer.

Same here. I do cut the bristles down about halfway on the Acid Brushes.
Best, Fred
That stiffens them up well, I do it to about 1/2 of mine.
I use cheap artist brushes from Hobby Lobby.
For gears, I use my finger. Everything else I use a cotton swab.
Acid brushes for me. Dominick
I use Harbor Freight acid brushes and fine artist brushes when I need more precise application.
