Does anybody know where and when is a good time to fish sting rays?

Avalon pier,,,nc, you can get some big pancakes,,,summer till November :D but watch the tale >:( oh man it hurts ;D

Where? Here on the west coast it seems if rigged from shore you'll have best luck between an hour or so before and after high tide. Low tide they push further out.

anywhere in the surf in OBX. just say out loud "I'm drum fishing with a mullet head" and you will snag a carhood.
