The salsa is yummy, so much so, my buddy, Rick, purchased a GALLON of the stuff,

Love the whole garlic cloves, nice and mild, kinda like Dominick! ;D

The Fire after a few days is unbelievable. I cooked some fillets with the salsa the other night and it made El Diablo fish tacos  ;D I will get more for sure...Thank you Rick.

Cooked a Ling filllet in the last of mine last night with a shot of tequila ala Big Tim!
