Hi all was considering spooling my penn 320 gti (levelwind) with Braid? Not sure if this is a good idea? Open to any recommendations anyone has for line options on this reel. Thx...ed

i have four that are loaded with straight 65 pound braid, used for everything from salmon trolling to deep water rockfish. great reels!!!!!

kinda late but I have one filled with 80# braid, just because is thicker and use it with short mono leaders of 50# or 60# for abrasion purposes, that setup have worked really good to me on rocky sticky bottoms so far
