Has anyone fished the Middle Fork of the Kaweah River, NE of Three Rivers, CA????
After viewing this, something tells me I need to RECON the fishing opportunity of the Kaweah River!!!!! Check this out...

Agreed, these kayakers are NUTZ, but the pools they paddle over look to be PRIME for big rainbow trout.
Also, the guy making the vid - is a pro using GoPro video cameras and just might be our own Gary-the-BUTT-man's nephew ;D :o BUTT who knows!!!
The run is from Panther Creek, downstream to Hospital Rock right on Hwy 198.
If anyone as fished this area, PLEASE report back.

I've never fished it but have flown over it a zillion times...There are some nice pools but not sure how much access there is due to dense brush right off the trail. i've thought about checking it out but the middle of the summer would not be the best timing, early fall wouldn't be bad....I'll ask around to see if anyone from the Park has fished it but if they have i'm not sure they'll share the intel :-X :-X :-X :-X :-X :-X
Woweee, the Kayaking is insane and such a beautiful river gorge.
Just the surrounds makes it worth to go and check it out.
