Title: Talica 8II "hot roding"?
Post by: darrenforeal on July 26, 2012, 07:53:22 PM
I just wanted to see if there had been anything done to these talica IIs that would improve freespool? I searched and didn't find too much. Thanks!

G'day and welcome Darren,
The usual treatment will do the trick - pull the two spool bearings, remove the shields (being Shimano ARBs, they're likely already shieldless), clean thoroughly with carb cleaner (or similar) and dip in TSI301.
Let us know how you get on.
Good luck, Justin
