Title: Avet LX Drag Issue
Post by: mikeman91 on October 28, 2014, 03:47:28 AM
So I just replaced my pinion bearing on an older model LX 6.0, it seems to be working fine but now my max drag is about 4lb...... ???
Any idea how to fix this issue or where i went wrong? Pretty sure everything is back in its proper configuration but somethings up.

Thanks for the suggestions guys, I ended up flipping one washer to correct the pattern but it didn't make much difference.
What would you suggest next?

Figured it out, User Error. I put the black seal/washer like piece the rests between the side plate and the lever the wrong way, with the groove facing into the cam and not the side plate, it fits perfectly into either but the way I had it wasn't allowing the cam to work properly i believe.
