Post by: MarkT on December 24, 2017, 12:20:47 AM
It finally came today loaded with 875 yds of 130# JB hollow. I have a UC Invictus 76 that has been waiting for it!

MarkyT, what a beauty! Wondering if I can guess what you'll be using that for, ha! It's the best of the best.

Good luck with it and I hope you break it in well for the New Year!

Beautiful real.

Any chance you could take us for a walk inside with a preservice tutorial?

Should be similar to the older model, other then the cam, Bellevilles, size, or Not?

Inside should be the same as the standard model other than its spool bearings are unshielded with tsi-321 and it has a lower low gear too.

Nice, now the only reports from you with that reel should be cows caught right. ;)

Awesome reel and good luck.

That is the plan! Earlier this month I caught a 270# on Alan's std gold Mak 50II on his Acid-wrapped Invictus.

the other difference is that the SEA models have a heavier spool shaft.  i generally tell guys not to bother with the pre-service.  it's not really needed.  wish more reels were like these, not needing a pre-service.

 Very Nice !!

I notice almost 900yds of 130# hollow core you put on. Is this reel equal in size to a Penn 50 ?? Hard to tell from the picture.

Very nice indeed. That will handle anything you come across. My largest is the 20.
