Recent flee market find MITCHELL ORCA 30 BT
I never heard about this reel. internals look simple and solid.
Cant find any information's.
please share if you have.

I THINK
when Pure Fishing took over Mitchell in @ 2000 they tried to get a market share in Regular Fishing Reels and had that line made in Taiwan and Korea. I have seen a few on E-bay over the years and some Spinning Reels with ORCA on them but apparently they did not set the market on fire .
I found a schematic on the one you inquire about on Mikes and it looks quite similar to many of the Asian knock off's of  early 2000.

They also made spinning reels. Same colors and name.

Yep, I knew a guy the 80 size spinner, maybe even in the late 90's.  I recall the line being in BPS catalog.
