Title: 113MTL steel sleeve?

The 113MTL has a gear sleeve that's longer than the standard 113H sleeve. Are there any steel upgrades that will fit? Feels a bit silly to have so much beefiness in yhe design only to have a brass sleeve that cant be upgraded.
