Thanks to Sal, Alto Mare, as he gave me the thread size for the Penn stars (13/32-24). I finally procured the proper tap. I've been looking for one for a while.
I found this one listed on EBay. I believe the seller has more listed and also has the 13/32-32 fine thread taps listed.
