Looking recommendations for a 6' - 6'6" bait blanks for the river. Needs to be able to lob out 16 oz. of lead, 1/2 lb. & bigger bait. I will be using 3 US113N with the drags buttoned down to 25 lbs. Im not wanting to use a dedicated jigging rod with parabolic bend in it. That bends clear into the fore grip. It would defeat the purpose. Neither am I wanting a pry bar.
Or might it be easier to get what I'm wanting in a 7' blank & look at a Cal Grafighter ?. Any thoughts ?..... Jeff
Go with 7' calstar GF700 XH or GF700 H they are both great fish killing tools
