Man I completely forgot to post up my Independence Day Grill.
We did Bacon Cheeseburgers, ABTs, Potato Salad, Chips and Watermelon
Fixings

Bacon

Burgers
80/20 chuck lightly handled into 3/4lb patties and nicely seasoned with Cajun spice, black pepper and salt
Grilled over high heat for a nice sear
Add cheese and get a nice melt
My tips for great burgers
Do not over handle the meat and do not mix spices into it
Season the unformed chunk of chuck and then gently form the patty
Leave them thick and form a deep divot in the center, I use my thumb, this divot keeps them from shrinking up
Sear them well, this is beef, I cook to medium-medium well

I know David.
I have Ribeyes in the fridge and I am considering a 1 hour round trip for Hamburger just so I can make this recipe.
Either that or blow it all off and go fishing with my grandson.

Fishing with the grandson followed by the ribeyes.

A Five Guys with 4 patties might get you close enough.
I love a good cheeseburger with all the fixins'.
That is what I cooked on the fourth too.
Burgers, Dogs, Brats, Metts, Tater Salad, Deviled eggs, Mac and cheese.
The Good stuff. ;)
Of Course yours looks better John.
I've seen your food, you're no slouch. ;)
