Think this is one of a kind reel built with some old, and some new parts:
Beautiful!
Best,
Fred
I see you started with blood to bloody them decks with Wahoo. Nice reel.
You could of at least taken the dust off the reel. It even has a Red Reel Clamp I,ve only seen Black ones.
A true Newell Collectors piece of History.

These red Newells are some kind of pricey. Check out this one which just sold on fleaBay: http://www.ebay.com/itm/BRAND-NEW-Newell-P533-5-5F-Red-P-Series-Vintage-RARE-Fishing-Reel-NIB-NR-/121770246716?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&_trksid=p2047675.l2557&nma=true&si=viyU7S4whXS3NTLFlkCOIBBRHHE%253D&orig_cvip=true&rt=nc :o

The fish don't care what color the reel is. I will stick with all black except for one red 631 that was brought back from the grave for a reasonable cost.
Here is my R332-5 I bought from Carl in 2007. I paid around 150.00 for it .

That's a beautiful reel! Do you still fish it?
I bought it and used it once. The frame twists under load so I put it up. I decided t buy a tiberon frame and spool and convert it to a 322. I will start useing it again since there is no water left here in the valley salt water fishing is the way to go.
