Not sure what could be salvaged from that reel -- maybe the brass eccentric?

Everything else would need to be replaced.

This reel would make a good wall hanger if mounted on an old bamboo boat rod with dacron line -- in a seafood restaurant -- or an anchor.

But you never know with eBay...

I've just got back from Cornwall and the pub down the road from where I was staying had the 6/0 twin to this 9/0 mounted on a rod of similar vintage hanging from the ceiling. The pub was called 'The Fisherman's Arms' - what else?

Sadly, the reel was mounted back-to-front so there was no fisherman on the staff!
