Title: Jigmaster take apart thumb screw stripped
Post by: Kalbi on September 03, 2018, 01:11:25 AM
Is it a big deal if a jigmasters side ring is stripped where the take apart thumb screw goes?  The screw clicks into place when I rotate the side plate into position, but never tightens because the hole in the side ring appears to be stripped.  Is it okay to fish with it like this, or should I buy a new side ring?

For light duty work it might be ok, but I wouldn't leave it. I've got a spare ring you can have. Just PM me your shipping address and I'll send it to you this week.

Sorry for the late reply and thanks for the offer, but I got a new side ring.
