Title: home made chocolate

here is a gooden from elizabeth

1/2cup coconut oil
1/2 cup cacao powder
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1tsp vanilla extract
pinch sea salt
1 tbls agave syrup
1 cup goji berries (optional)
method
blend everything,except berries,until smooth
you dont need it too thick
freezer bag over a jug and pour in choco.
tray or silicon mould ready
snip a small hole in bottom of bag,spread evenly into moulds
add goji berries on top,set in fridge
rum& raisins,peppermint,orange  oil,etc; list is endless
it will melt out of fridge,no preservetives
easy,simple,very nice,anybody can do it
except me,not allowed in the general vicinity

we get the berries from the health food store
loose and dry
no need to soak,straight into the choc mix

I see Elizabeth is still spoiling you  ;D. Berries oranges and rum with chocolate sounds good. ;)
