Unknowen. But that picture-plate is kinda radical. Is that a real species of fish on there?
What would the Penn Delmar like features or parts be?

The Delmars I have seen so far are black and have the Penn Delmar identification beside the lever stamped on the sideplate.

Bizarre looking fish there.  The ones I've seen on Penn's picture plates represented actual species & a bit more anatomically correct.

It was made in Japan for Shakespeare in the late 1960's and early 1970's. I don't know which Japanese manufacturer it was but several were putting out high quality stuff during that time.  Possibly Olympic as they were using that plate embossing technique.
