Title: 120-114
Post by: swill88 on May 08, 2018, 02:19:06 PM
While working on a couple old 114H reels this o-ring showed up on SBT as an available part; 120-114.

I can't find it in any of the schematics.

Does anybody know where this goes?

Not in my 89B manual, but I got one on my 114HLW, on the tail-plate ballbearing cap(gotta unscrew it to see).

Yep, Steve —

Like Greg and John have said, for a bearing.

Goes on part #40 — the tailplate bearing.  Not all have these "O" rings.

I generally grease mine to help with longevity and water intrusion — and to help prevent a rusted bearing.

Best,

Fred
