Dose anyone have a copy of the Turk's Head Cook Book by Don Burrhus? He stoped publishing this book and selling his knot tying tool, and I would love to buy or borrow a copy from someone.

I don't know the book, but you can find info on tying and how to make turk's head jigs on he interweb. I'd never buy anything from Mudhole again but they offer a ready-made turk's head jig. It's the tubular type. Those are easier than the plate type for some people. Best of luck with the search.
