Title: Butts & Lings
Post by: Maxed Out on June 01, 2023, 08:24:15 PM
My favorite Westport party boat had a few openings and weather forecast was 1-2' swell for 3 days, so off I went for 2days of butts and lings and 1 day of lings and rockfish. My arm was sore for a few days. On the halibut days, we were fishing 700' for butts and 550' for lings.

I was hurting fishing in 60-80+ fathoms last weekend... another couple of hundred feet deep would've had me sitting it out in the cabin after one drop.
