Hello all. I'm sure this is going to sound odd. But if anyone has a picture or can explain really well how duel two speed reels buttonless shift mechanism works. Reel frontwards it's in low gear. Reel in revers it's high speed. I have a project I'm working on and want to emulate it of sort but I can't get my hands on one.

The tutorial is a must! That is an interesting machine.
Duel's are magic reels and a pleasure to work on.
Emulating the design sounds pretty ambitious, but big challenges are the best kind!

I want to see what you want to build , sound interesting .
I've repaired a few about 3 or 4 years back. Very interesting concept and gearing to achieve high speed forward and low speed reverse.
