as above
I'd love to know this too ;D
I get mine from Dawn at Smooth drag. She is the best and they are not expensive and a pile can be mailed in a regular envelope for cheap shipping.

Thanks, Todd, didn't know Dawn sold the Delrin washers, that's awesome!
If your talking about under gear washers I have been getting mine from Mystic Parts for years. I've also bought them from Dawn. Both are great places to deal with.
Mike
Mike where you been hiding? Cool, Mcmaster makes enough money and I'd rather use our people. I put two Mystic orders in this week.....doh!
I just punch out my own - cheapest way to do it (if you have the tools) ;)
I bought an arbor press last year for grommets. I'm gonna look at punch kits.
Mystic doesn't carry the delrin, maybe someone can give us a link to where we can get some? Thanks!
Darin, Mike said Dawn at Smoothdrag also. Todd said the same thing.
Smooth Drag may not list them but just shoot Dawn an email. I got some from her not long ago.
Todd
Thanks, I talked to Dawn and she's hooking me up!
Delrin is not as easy as carbon fiber to punch, you might be better off getting them pre cut.
I punch my own, but only when needed, most kits come with it.
If I didn't have these hollow punches, I probably wouldn't even bother:

This Mayhen kits are not cheap, I got lucky and found a used set on ebay for $50 a few years back.
Here is the delrin I use is this: https://www.mcmaster.com/2638T74
