Now we need to sear up some fillets of yelllowfin my buddy gives me (Owns a Grocery Outlet) in olive oil and seasonings, then de-glaze pan with lemon/lime juice:

$2 jar of Ragu and $.59 can of shrooms, with roasted garlic:

Boil, then simmer all that stuff for a bit...I kind of crush the garlic with a spoon, then a handful of Parmasean:
