New to the whole hollow core splice game.Done my first one on the weekend and was very happy with the result.Here in Australia I have used a product called Dac-Wax by Topshot Tackle.The wax is worked into the Dacron when making wind-on leaders.Helps to protect the splice and helps the splice grip the mono.Wondering if it could be used when making hollow core splice joins?
