Title: Misty fiords Halibut
Post by: gstours on August 19, 2020, 03:00:27 PM
Here,s another short clip from an adventure fairly recently.  The boat was anchored in about 160 feet on a slope in hopes a good fish might come up out of the trench and get interested in a boat ride home.   We were fishing bait rigs and 2 pounds of lead.   It worked,  we got some footage too.   Here,s some good eating with some fun thrown in.   Wish you were there. :)

Thanks for the kind words.  The reel is a camouflage tiagra 16.   These are great reels.   Rod is calstar 30/80 graphiter.   The butt is from wild Alaska.😸
