Any ideas how to get a new improvement idea to a reel manufacturer? Patent process seems futile to me. If you apply for a US patent, what's to stop a foreign manufacturer from producing it? I've been sitting on a working prototype for years, contacted 2 manufacturers and they wanna see it. How do I protect myself from theft of intellectual property?
