QuoteNot expecting on putting out a narrow or a lefty version at this point in time. Don't have a set date on when they will come out. Still working on refining some things. Price point will be around $220. We will be coming out with a 20 and a 30 size later down the line. And yes they are pretty much an updated version of the CS series.

Schweet! How are people liking the EVA foam grips on their handles?
Very nice
Got my new Vengeance 20 in the mail today, loaded with 300yds of blue hollow 60# braid.
Going to crack it open tonight and see what it looks like.
Got my V30 yesterday. Sweet little reel. attached the schematic.
You should crack it open and post pics for everyone to see.

We are waiting ::) ;)
Marc..
Was going to last night but it was so hot out there! It's even hotter today!
David, it's cool in the Bay Area today!
I can't wait to see this reel exploded. It is based on the original CS series.
Funny that the only reels with weird issues mentioned in our forum here were that series.
But we'll know soon right?
Ran
And if I can shake off this mild vertigo that I woke up with this morning I will get after it. the reel is on my bench ready to go.
Nice looking reel! I am trying to find the retrieve rate.
39.3 inch per handle turn, is actually not enough for me, very close though.
Are these reel US made? ;)
Cor, definitely manufactured in China under direction of ProGear.
I'm only hearing good things.
Darn David, sorry to hear about the vertigo. When I started getting vertigo, I stopped party boating. I'd get a spell and be down all afternoon while everyone fished.
I do look forward to hearing your report when you are up and att'em again.
I like my V40.
Here it is working on a 40lb yellowfin.

What kind of rod is that.... It looks tiny but has a nice action to it and seems to have a good backbone.
Thanks
Dom

I've always wanted to fish those mini jigging rods.

I always been mystified as to why one would want to fish with what appears to be a truck antenna, but hey, as our French friends say,
"Chacun à son goût" (each to his own taste). :D

A~
It's a rod I built out of a solid glass tip section to an extendable rod they make here in Japan. It can take a load and feels like nothing in my hands. I had 12-13lbs of drag on that fish and it felt like a bluegill
Thanks for the schematic. I have to say the new reel is basically the same in design as the old PG Albacore Special and Classic Series. That is a good thing.
Dog and a AR bearing, sweet. Pretty much ready to fish.
The end plate even looks a lot like my CS625 except for the slight cut out on the new version.
