Due to Shaky hands and bad eyesight means Ive lost the slide-plate spring of Tiagra, Part number TT0093
Does anyone know where I can get replacements?

no luck here. according to the shimano site here in the US. it has a new part number.

TT 0093 - New Part # 10PWH
