Title: Spindles for Baitcasting Reel Handles
Post by: Encinitas Womp on February 15, 2018, 09:00:17 PM
Hey guys,

I am just finishing up a run of carbon fiber handles for bass reels. I haven't been able to find knob spindles anywhere. My preference is to have the spindles secured by rivet (OEM style). Does anyone know 1. the technical term for parts I am looking for and two, where I can find them? I am definitely open to suggestions if there is a better way or part. Thanks!!

I'm sorry, I don't have any suggestions for you.
I just want to follow this to see what you come up with!
I'm interested in the finished product  :)

I too am interested in the outcome. Everyone needs a better handle.

I'll definitely provide updates. Actually, I've got everything ready for assembly, just need to find spindles.

don't mean to insult, but better safe than sorry:
you DO realize that L/H spindles should be reverse-threaded
