Title: Frame Daiwa Lexa 400HL
Post by: Pieter Arie on October 25, 2020, 08:56:47 AM

Hello everyone,

I am looking for a frame for a Daiwa Lexa 400HL (left hand)
In Europe I have searched everything but the frame is not longer available.
By chance, is there one available in this group?
Or can someone point me in the right direction?
Part number for this frame is: 110-1180

Thanx in advance!

Grt Pieter Arie

You might try calling Diawa directly or JDL Treasures is another good place look.    Bill

Are you sure about the part number? All the left hand Lexas on their web site have the same frame number 110-1184.

Larry,

This one   https://www.reelschematic.com/wp-content/uploads/schematics/Daiwa/Lexa/Daiwa%20Lexa%20400HL-400HSL-400HSL-P.pdf    says 110-1180

I am confused now  ;D :D

Pietre

Spoke to a repair depot I deal with and found out what is going on. Daiwa is not providing the older gray frames anymore. He went through the same thing you did. Ordered a grey frame and got a blue one. He called Daiwa and they said they do not support that colour any more. So if you want to repair your reel you will have to go with the blue frame #110-1184.
Maybe you will start a new thing.  :D
Now you know. Good luck.
