Title: Shimano Calcutta 700
Post by: handi2 on December 22, 2014, 07:54:48 PM
I have this reel in the shop and the part BNT1763 retractor spring was laying in the reel. Looking at the schematic I can't see exactly where it goes, I can see where it should go but the spring is bent up and unusable as it is until I can see where it goes.

Anyone have a picture?

Thanks,

Keith

Can you take pics.  I know where they go when I have the reels in hand, but when I don't, it's out of sight, out of mind.

I sure will.

Another one was just dropped off as I we were eating dinner..

Its a bad picture but you can see it. It's called a retractor spring and helps the push button in some way. It worked fine without it.
