Title: Pro Gear dog post
Post by: Mike Mendez on September 08, 2021, 03:13:07 AM
I'm usually *very* careful, but somehow this dog post got away from me.  Does anyone have one, or know where to get one?  Pro Gear p/n 15c-461.

Thanks in advance,

-Mike

I'm sorry. I have some PG parts but not that one.

In desparation, get a piece of brass or stainless rod from the K&S display at the hardware store and cut to size.

Yes, that is my backup plan.

Yup, stainless steel welding rods work well

Thanks again for your responses, guys.

I swept the floor one more time this morning and found it!  It is amazing how far little pieces can travel.

I'm looking forward to reassembling my CS501 today.  It is a new reel to me and I nearly fell off my chair when I saw how robust the internals were!
