I saw one recently that was yellowtail and they kept calling it yellowtail tuna. You would think they would know the difference.
I really miss the old re-runs of the original shows from Japan with the voice over translations. They have a reverence for food in Japan that we don't have here. I used to get a lot of inspiration for cooking from that show. Tried some really crazy things and once and awhile they came out good.
