problem solved...nice fix! 8)
I recently stripped a Avet model LX-4.1 to 1 that also had 4 bevelled washer, LX401-003, also a push button, LX401-004, if that helps. cheers Don.
By the way I received the schematics for the Avet XL, from Brett Stevenson, ( exp 2000 ) who was a very valued, & a good contributer to this forum, until he had persistent arrigants directed at him, from some of the members on this forum, cheer Don.
