I use recommended guide spacing as a guide. First placement then adjust the guides by loading the rod and the angle of the line entering and exiting the guide shall be the same.

This is really helpful, when researching guide spacing on the Nep-Tuna build I found them by accident......Can this get "stickied" for future use.....Thanks Bill
