Hey Billy, you may have to be a bit more specific as to what style reels and which screws you are looking for.

2,3,4,6/0 senators, jigmasters, monofils, etc,etc.?

If they're these style reels 5-40 SS in 1/2, 5/8, 3/4 will cover most of the frame screws. Kind of give us an idea of what you have in that beautiful pile of 300 and we can be more helpful!

mysticparts.com or penn themselves.

mcmaster.com has them also.

these are 5-40 socket heads - https://www.mcmaster.com/#standard-socket-head-screws/=199qk5u

unfortunately, mcmaster does not have an oval head in 5-40.  fastenal does have an assortment.

Yes George, McMaster does carry 5-40 flat head screws:

The problem with these, they'll stick out a little, making them klook bad.
If you have the patience, you could chuck them up in a drill press and use a file to soften the edge of the head a little, as I did here:

The 82 degree angle of the screw head while it is standard is not a direct replacement for the Penn screws. Would be troublesome attaching the end ring of 500/501 etc. to the cross bars.

You are correct Geaorge. I have used these attaching the rings on the Surfmaster100 with no issues

I talked about them here, but the pics are gone. I should try to put the pics back on this one.
