Title: Trinidad 16/20 carbon drags?

Alan can i put the carbon drags and the smooth drag drive plates in the older model (pre 2005) Trinidad's with out changing the side plate or drive shaft?

yes.  i wish shimano would have done the same thing from the beginning.

Alan what grease would you prefer the Shimano drag grease or the Cal's drag grease i have both just wondering what you recommend.

i use cal's because it's half the price.  it's $25 per pound instead of $50 a pound for shimano drag grease.  otherwise, i think they are equivalent in performance in any type of "normal" application.
