I in no way lay claim to the culinary arts as chef.
Hopefully most anyone can fry fish, saute veggies and make instant rice.
Heck, I can just muddle around in a kitchen without lighting the place on fire... Most times.
As for the grill/smoker, if the rain will hold off tomorrow I'll be grilling burgers, dogs and Polish sausage for Memorial Day.
So I'll get my smokey, charred meat fix while I'm up here.
My sister and her family are driving up from Bethlehem, PA to visit for the day.
So I get to grill for a crowd. 8)
