All,
The esteemed PENN Service Manager Tony Dubeck has been given some added responsibilities:

Effective this week all Abu Garcia, Pflueger, Mitchell and Shakespeare reel repair will be handled out of Pure Fishing Philadelphia with the exception of any Fly reels. Fly will continue to be serviced at Pure Fishing Iowa.

I understood that it was getting set up, but never got the definitive word from Tony that it had actually happened.
He is pretty busy right now, but I will follow up with him in a couple of weeks.

Just got word from Tony, Fin-Nor and Van Staal are currently being serviced at their warranty centers only.
