Title: Surprising ebay price for a rod handle
Post by: SteveL on August 29, 2015, 07:10:48 PM
I was really surprised by the final price on this NOS Lew's rod handle: $107.99 shipped.

Guess who I'll be sending a PM when I need Lew's Fuji handles.   ;D

Great reels.  My dad has been, and continues to fish a Lewis that my grandpa bought new years ago.  I don'T know how many bass reels I have worn out, while that Lewis works as good as the day it was taken out of the box.

Apparently these handles are like gold.   Another handle exactly like the other only lightly used, just went for $65 shipped:

Fred,

I understand that greed is not an admiral able trait; but, there is nothing wrong with turning half your stock into cash. Cash is much easier to store than all those parts. ;D
