Title: rod values
Post by: q3fishboy on September 21, 2021, 01:31:41 AM
Hey Guys -

I am potentially interested in a selling a few rods.

Was hoping you guys could help give me an idea of what they are worth.

Thanks a bunch.

From left to right in the (hopefully) attached pictures...

1)  Fenwick casting 7' (20# class?) no marking other than the Fenwick logo - used and pretty old / beat up

2)  Shimano casting Teramar 8' 20-40# (first generation?) - used but in decent condition

3)  Penn casting Bluewater Carnage 7'-10" 15-30# - brand new never used

4)  Lamiglass casting X11 9' 15-40# 2-piece - used but in decent condition

5)  Kencor spinning 8' 12-25# 2-piece - used but in decent condition except for scratch on fore grip

Check the sold listings on Ebay

Yes, I think if you want to get potential values, use eBay sold listings; it's the best way.   You can sell them here, and will probably get a decent price but not top dollar.   Guys tend to be pretty fair here, but it would be good for you to have starting price before posting them for sale.  Nice rods.  Good luck.
