Is replacing the MakairaTDC 50w drag cam as simple as screwing in the new (old, stock)drag cam? Called okuma and explained I needed the standard drag cam and they are sending me one for free! Just making sure I'm understanding how to return it's drag range and progression back to normal.

Signed,
Some Googan

If changing the outer cam its easy. Just swap them.

Don,t quote me butt;  I think( vaguely) that you must remove the gears and shift assembly as well as the drag lever and crank arm to access the cam because of its location in the sideplate.   A schematic viewing may be enlarged on the screen to confirm this. ???
