yes.  this time of year is whale watching with groups from europe.

I wonder if you can fish on those trips? Lol! Or just yell "hook-Up!!!" To see if the capt. and crew react.(tehehe

I think they're multi day trips that go up to mag bay to see the calving areas and check out the various wildlife
I went to Lopez Mateo once and did a whale trip on a panga. They swim right up to the boat so you can pet them.  You just stop the boat and splash the water with your hand and they come right up. Highly recommend it if you get a chance although whale breath doesn't smell real good

If that arrow is accurate, it does look like it is at Gordo Banks.  Dominick
